Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy


Order Cancellation

Because our items are printed on demand, orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.


Returns & Exchanges

Since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or incorrect address.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it free of charge.


Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Email support@klassoro.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. We’ll review and arrange a replacement if eligible.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Orders cancelled within 12 hours.
  • Lost shipments confirmed by the courier.
  • Damaged or defective products (after review).

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
